Questions about the ICO

What does ICO measure?

Temperature, pH, disinfection (ORP) and TDS or salt, every hour, around the clock. The app turns the readings into a color-coded Water Index and tells you exactly what to add.

Does it work with a salt pool?

Yes. Choose the salt version at checkout for salt-treated pools, or the chlorine version for chlorine and bromine pools.

Does it need Wi-Fi?

Yes. ICO connects directly to your home Wi-Fi router so the app can update wherever you are. A range extender may be needed if the pool is far from the router.

How long does the battery last?

Up to 6 months per charge, and the battery is good for over 3,000 charges. Recharge it with the included USB charger in about 6 hours.

Is there a subscription?

No. The app and its recommendations are included with the device.

What does the 1-year warranty cover?

Maytronics warrants the robot against defects in materials and workmanship for 1 year. Service is available through 1,200+ Dolphin dealers. Read the full warranty.

What if it isn't right for my pool?

Try it in your own pool for 30 days. If it isn't right, return it with no restocking fee; you pay to ship the original product back. If you exchange it for another model, we'll ship the replacement free. See the return policy.
